Foothills Crossing is a quiet neighborhood located in Crozet, a quaint town in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains about 10 miles west of Charlottesville. Its natural scenery is one of its most distinguishing features and outdoor activity is popular among residents and visitors. We also have several wineries and breweries close to us.
This website gives Foothills Crossing residents a central place to find news, documents, and other important information. If you are logged in, you can also send out an alert to all residents. We also hope it will be helpful to new or prospective residents of our community.
Some materials on this website are intended for current Foothills Crossing homeowners only. If you are a new resident, please use the "register" link at the top of the page to set up and account and password. Or, if you are considering purchasing a home in the neighborhood and would like more information, please use the "Contact Us" link to the right.
On Nov 20, 2024 the Board of Directors adopted new Community Standards and Architectural Review Board Standards. Both documents are accessed after logging in. The Community Standards can be found under Members/HOA Document/FHC HOA Governing Documents. The current Architectural Review Board (ARB) Guidelines and the ARB Modification Application can be found under Members/HOA Documents/ARB Governing documents or click here: ARB Documents.
We also have a Facebook group for residents of our community. This may be accessed using the link below.
Please note: Our neighborhood's HOA does not include properties in Glenbrook or Westlake. Contact your builder or RE agent regarding HOA registration if you are a new resident of either of those communities.
Thank you!
